Heated pastry showcase – showcases description
This product is specifically designed to keep the temperature of food placed inside constant.
characterised by a highly simplified construction in order to reduce the possibility of malfunctions to a
minimum and facilitate maintenance.
Heated pastry showcases and the showcases are fully constructed with finely polished stainless steel AISI
304 18/10, with 8 mm Plexiglas walls and covers.
The electrical resistance is made up of silicon glass wire.
4 rubber feet are applied to the bottom of the heated pastry showcases and of the showcases for support
and insulation.
Controls to turn on the machine and set temperature are found on the long side of the surface.
For mod. VBR4752-4753 and VBR4782-4783 it is possible to replace, as optional, the 1° surf aces (for the
single surface showcases) and the 1° and 2° surface s (for the double surface showcases) with a 250W
heated surface.
