Features
BURGprotect CONTACT is an optional accessory
to the BURGprotect series intended for detection
and status reporting of opened/closed doors,
windows, cabinets etc. With this accessory, you
will receive a message on attempt for arming,
when the sensor contact is not closed. In this way
you can make sure that all thus equipped doors,
windows, cabinets etc. are closed at the moment
of arming. Additionally, the sensor is equipped
with a tamper switch, which activates alarm when
somebody attempts to remove the sensor.The
delivery further includes: three spacers for offset
compensation.
Note: The transmitter tamper switch works with
offset compensation of 2,5 mm (punched hole).
When a thicker offset compensation is used, the
tamper switch of CONTACT may not be activated
under certain circumstances when removed from
the mounting place.Our tip: If required, adjust the
position of transmitter and magnet in order to use
the tamper function or adjust the sensor position
even very slightly.
