Operation
Pan/Tilt/Zoom Control
When an EVI-D30/D31/G20/G21 is connected to a
serial port on the video network station, camera pan,
tilt and zoom can be controlled from the Web page.
The monitor screen must be set to the Single mode
Camera View: click one of the [CAM1] to [CAM4]
buttons, if necessary, to change to the Single mode
Camera View. The Pan/Tilt/Zoom control bars and
buttons are displayed around the video source image in
the Single mode.

1 Image Resize Icons
Clicking this
/
icon switches the image size
between [Fullsize] and [Hugesize].
2 [TILT] Control Bar
Controls tilt (up/down movement) of the video camera.
3 [PAN] Control Bar
Controls pan (left/right movement) of the video
camera.
4 [ZOOM] Control Bar
Controls zooming of the video camera.
5 [IRIS] Control Bar
Controls the diaphragm (or Iris) of the video camera.
6 [AUTO] Button
Sets the auto-focus on the video camera.

• The Pan/Tilt/Zoom functions described here are not
available if disabled by the system administrator.
• Items 5 through 8 of the screen below appear only
when the Kalatel driver is set as the pan/tilt driver.

7 [FOCUS] Control Button
Controls the focus of the video camera.
8 [AUX 1] to [AUX 3] Buttons
Controls the camera relay units. The following start
commands are issued each time you click each button
and a stop command is issued when the button is
released.
[AUX 1] Button: Gate Open/OFF Start (Char3=42h)
[AUX 2] Button: Gate Open/OFF Start (Char3=48h)
[AUX 3] Button: Slow Start (Char3=4Ah)
9 [HOME] Button
Returns the video camera to the home position.
