read the instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place.

Safety instructions when connecting the appliance
• This appliance complies with the recognised rules of technology
and the pertinent safety regulations for electrical appliances!
• To avoid damage or danger by improper use, the instructions for
use should be carefully kept and followed!
• If you give the appliance to another person then you should also
supply them with the instructions for use!
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person
in order to avoid any danger!
• The voltage of the power source must be the same as specified
on the nameplate!
• Connect the appliance only to AC current and to a socket with
earthing contact. Do not pull the cable over sharp edges, clamp
it into place or allow it to hang down. Keep the cable away
from heat and dampness!
• Before use check that the appliance functions properly!
The appliance should not be used if:
- the cord is damaged
- the appliance shows noticeable damage
- the appliance has been dropped
• A distance of at least 1.00 m from the bath or shower unit
should be observed when using the appliance!
• The air inlet opening on the bottom of the unit should not be
obstructed by soft flooring material!

• Use the appliance only for its intended purpose!
• This appliance is not suitable for professional or medical use!
• Persons with nervous disorders should never use the appliance
without accompanying person in order to avoid any danger!
• Children should only use electrical appliances under the
supervision of adults!

• Please use tap water and non-foaming bath salts!
• The maximum amount of water used should not exceed 3.6 litre.
The water level should not exceed the water level indicator (b)!
• Do not ever use the appliance in the standing position. Use it
only in the sitting position!
• Do not operate the unit with wet hands!
• During use the appliance should not be moved and the plug
should not be disconnected by pulling the cord!
• Do not use the whirl setting „WHIRL" without water!
• The appliance should only be emptied using the pouring lip (d)
at the front of the unit!
• Do not immerse the unit in water!
• The unit should be disconnected from the mains:
- when problems arise while the appliance is running
- before filling with water and before emptying
- before cleaning
- after use
• Do not remove the plug from the mains by pulling on the cord
but pull the plug out of the mains outlet! Make sure your hands
are dry!
• Do not pull on the cord and do not carry the unit by means of
the cord!
