- When you fry several different kinds of food, always fry the food that
uses the lowest temperature setting first
- Do not mix different types of oil for frying.
- Frying already pre-cooked foods may take less time to fry than
completely raw food.
- Replace the oil every 10 to 15 uses; or if the oil becomes brown and
thick.
