When the reader is switched on: the reader's red LED lights up. Reader initializing.
After initializing:
•
If the reader is a RS232 reader: reader's green LED blinked 3 times.
•
If the reader is a RS485 reader: reader's red LED blinked 3 times.

The reader then waits for command.

The red LED on, indicates that the reader is powered.

The green LED on, indicates a communication from the reader.
