Intended Use
Any use other than that described in chapter „Description and function" or in the
„Safety instructions" is not permitted. Failure to observe and comply with these
regulations and the safety instructions can lead to serious accidents, personal in-

jury and damage to property.
IP44: This product is protected against splashing water and contact by foreign
bodies ≥ Ø1 mm.
Splash protection is only ensured when the devices are not
connected and the cover is closed, as well as with connected devices
with IPX4 power cables.

Assembly and connection
CAUTION!
•
Do not plug in a row.
•
Never operate irons, radiant heaters and similar devices that pose a fire
hazard via radio-controlled sockets�
•
Place, install and transport the product, product parts and accessories sa-
fely�
1� Plug the mains plug of the garden socket into a well-accessible safety con-
tact socket�
2� Screw the floor dowel into the bottom of the garden socket.
3� Place the assembled product with the tip down in a safe place in the
ground�
4� Connect up to 2 devices with a maximum of 3680 W to the radio socket.

Switch on and off
5.1
Switch manually
•
Press the ON-OFF switch on the front of the garden socket 1x briefly to
switch it on and off.
If the operation LED in the switch of the garden socket is lit, voltage is pre-
sent.
5.2
Activate remote control
•
Remove the contact protector from the battery compartment by pulling out
the tab�
The remote control is ready for operation.
5.3
Switch with the remote control
1� Switch on (ON) or off (OFF) the garden socket via the remote control.
The operation LED of the remote control lights up when the keys are pres-
sed.
If the operation LED of the remote control does not light up, there is no bat-
tery in the battery compartment or the inserted battery is empty or incor-
rectly polarized.
2� Check if
a) there is a battery in correct polarity in the battery compartment.
