DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS USE :
The HS-XRV is assembled in accordance with safety rules. The lamps are in accordance with clinical
directions that required a very white light (6500° Kelvin) for a precise reading of details. The HS-XRV
is equipped with one filtered plexiglas screen exempt from fault. The casing is painted with a scratch
resistant coating. The unit is wall mountable or can be used on a table top in horizontal, vertical of
inclined position using proper support. The HS-XRV must be used only for its designed purpose: X-
ray films' reading. It is necessary to take all precautions to avoid unauthorized use.
The HS-XRV is fragile and is packaged accordingly. Use only the original package if the equipment must
be returned to the manufacturer. To carry the HS-XRV without package, keep it in horizontal position and
use the shortest sides as holding point.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS :
(1) The equipment should only be used by personnel who have read the instructions fully.
(2) Place the HS-XRV on a level surface so that air can freely circulate to avoid any overheating of
the lamps. Do not put any objects on the screen.

(4) Do not clean or repair the HS-XRV while it is connected to an electrical system.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
(1) Remove the equipment from the package handling with care.
(2) Check to see that the main voltage corresponds to the power requirements for the unit as specified on
the identification label. nsert cable into Xray viewer and plug into socket.
(3) Press the main switch on position "I".
MAINTENANCE :
Always check the power is unplugged before maintenance is carried out. The HS-XRV needs no
particular maintenance, except for a regular cleaning. Clean the equipment with a soft cloth and
water - do not use acid or solvents. Regularly check if the power cable is in good condition. It is
possible to replace the fuse in the plug, ensure that the same rating fuse is used. If the HS-XRV
doesn't work properly, contact the manufacturer or the authorized service. If any repairs are need-
ed, please return the equipment directly to the manufacturer or to the local distributor using only
the original package. However it is possible to contact specialized technicians, who must work in
accordance to general safety and accident prevention rules of the country in which the equipment
is installed.
