The FireCalc calculator has a prompting element which steps
you through seven innovative programs. It also has an unique
review feature that allows you the option to change values in
the middle of the program, and find out the answer without
having to re-enter all the values. The FireCalc calculator has an
alphanumeric liquid crystal display.
The FireCalc can be operated in either english or metric units
of measure by pressing the English / Metric key before
pressing a function key.
Power is provided by two 1.5 volt batteries (AG10 or Equiv.).
The batteries should be inserted with the positive (+) facing
out. The FireCalc has an automatic shutoff feature that turns
the calculator off after approximately 4 minutes of inactivity.
Test your calculator by running through some mathematical
calculations and the problems in this instructional booklet.
Always be sure to press the ALL CLEAR key first. Avoid
dropping, jarring, getting wet and other abusive treatment, or
the unit my not function.
Operating temperature range: 32 to 104 degrees F (0 to 40
degrees C).
