DESCRI PTION OF FUNCTIONS
The Basix Powerpacks have two operating modes:
POWER OFF - IN USE
These modes are clearly indicated on the status
display (red LED). When the red LED is lit, the
Basix Powerpack is on.
The heat level can be set to 3 different levels.

Insert the batteries into the housing as illustrated.
The correct polarity of the individual batteries
must be observed. Clean the contacts of the
battery and the device if necessary before
insertion.
Close the battery housing and plug in the heating
element cable all the way until a click is felt.
To set the heat level, the Basix Powerpack has a
heat level switch.

The Basix Powerpacks are turned off when the red
LED is off.
Setting the heat level:
The heat level switch on the Basix Powerpacks
allows for 3 different levels of heating (Level 1 –
Level 3).
