3.0 Safety instructions
Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the outlet before servicing.
Always check the power cable for damage before you start the
cleaner. The vacuum cleaner shall be opened and serviced by
qualified service staff only. Use original spare parts.
Due to risk of explosion, do not vacuum toxic or fire hazardous
substances such as petrol. The cleaner is not approved for
vacuuming harmful or corrosive substances such as asbestos.
Accident prevention regulation 1.2 Noise
The employer shall provide the workers exposed to the noisy
area with appropriate hearing protectors. The workers shall be
obliged to use the provided hearing protectors in noisy areas.
When working without hearing protectors health may be at risk
leading to hearing damage or higher accident risk.
Setting up and transportation
Do not use the cleaner on unknown surfaces or gradients above 5%.
When parking use brake wheel. Move the cleaner only on its wheels.
3.1 Introduction
Read these operating instructions to familiarise yourself with the
T-REX industrial vacuum cleaner for a perfect usage. You will
find helpful information to avoid risks or recognize them early.
This is not only for your own safety but will reduce repair costs
and extend the life of the cleaner. All users must read the oper-
ating instructions before using the cleaner. It is equally essential
that the servicing staff have read and understood the instructions.

When the carbon brushes need to be
replaced the vacuum motor casing shall be opened by a
factory authorised service shop personnel only since
the replacement requires special knowledge.
