STEP 2: INSTALLING FRONT SILL FILLER
IF YOU HAVE A FACTORY DROP IN LINER YOU MAY NEED TO TRIM
THE LINER WHERE IT INTERFERES WITH THE CANISTER.
• This application requires a sill filler to fill the step in the bulkhead. The first step is to clean the bulkhead
with rubbing alcohol so that you have a clean surface to stick to.
• After the alcohol is dry, remove about 4 inches of the adhesive liner from the Sill Filler. Then start to
stick the sill filler so that it is flush with the Inside Bulkhead (FIG. 2A). Make sure that it is lined up where
you want it and slowly remove the adhesive liner and apply pressure to the sill filler as you go, to set
the adhesive.
• If needed, center the Sill Filler and add foam to fill in the gaps on each end.
