ATTENTION:
Appliance fonctionment must be only done under surveillance!!!
Before starting up the appliance, load the basin with water by proper tap until to cover the bottom (at least 3 cm of water).
3.1 Turning
Active the appliance by the switch situated above itself,
turn the knob and choose the temperature. Pilot light
signals that water is gotten at right temperature. Check
always that water should be in the basin.
Electrical resistance situated under the basin is locked
by a thermostat of security; therefore, if the appliance
should be working without water or for other troubles,
intervention of security device assures bain-marie block.
In this case, the restoration of security thermostat is
automatic and it happens when the temperature fell. If
you often repeat the blockade of you are advised to
consult the technical assistance.
3.2 Shutdown

Turn knob to position "0".
•
Switch off the circuit breaker.
3.3 Draining the water

Switch off the appliance
•
Make sure that the water in the frying compartment is cold.
•
Operate the safety lever inside the appliance under the basin.
4.1 Cleaning and care
During the cleaning don't wash the equipment with direct water spout. The cleaning must be executed when the
equipment is cold.
Before the cleaning disconnect the equipment.
Take away all the oven displaceable elements and wash them.
The stainless steel elements must be washed by hot water and neutral detergent. Rinse the plate by a soft cloth to
remove any trace of detergent. Dry with care.
Using abrasive and corrosive detergents you can cause damages to the stainless steel.
4.2 Action in the case of prolonged disuse
Clean and dry with care and disconnect the electric current.
4.3 Action in the event of a fault
Switch off the equipment, disconnect the electric current and call the technical service.
4.4 Maintenance
Every maintenance must be executed by qualified personnel. Before the maintenance take away the plug or release the
master switch.
