The heating blanket may not be operated while folded, creased or placed around the
⚫
mattress.
During use, the control switch and lead should not be placed on or under the heating
⚫
blanket or be otherwise covered in any way.
No safety pins or other pointed or sharp objects should be attached to the heating blanket
⚫
or stuck into it.
Never leave the heating blanket on when unattended.
⚫
The device is only for private use and is not to be used in hospitals.
⚫
Never handle a heating blanket that has fallen into water. Unplug it from the mains outlet
⚫
immediately.
Do not use the heating blanket in a damp or humid enviroment or if the heating blanket itself
⚫
is damp. You may only use it again once it is completely dry.
Never expose the control switch or leads to moisture of any kind.
⚫
Keep the mains lead away from hot surfaces.
⚫
Never carry, pull or twist the heating blanket by the mains lead and do not allow the lead to
⚫
become tangled or snagged.
Do not repair the heating blanket yourself in the event of damage or malfunction. Only have
⚫
repairs carried out by an authorized specialist dealer or suitably qualified personnel.
The heating blanket may only be operated with its special control unit.
⚫
When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. When storing, do not
⚫
place any objects on the electric blanket to prevent buckling.
OPERATION
SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
To operate the device, first connect the switch to the electric blanket by plugging in the
connector. Plug the power cord into the mains outlet.
The electric blanket heats up most quickly when you initially set the highest temperature level.
We recommend than selecting the lowest temperature level when using the blanket for several
hours.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS
Level:
0 = Off
1 = Low heat
2 = Middle heat
3 = High heat
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF FUNCTION
The electric blanket is automatically switched off after approx. 3 hours. To switch on the electric
blanket again, first select the position « 0 », and then after approximately 5 seconds the desired
temperature level.
CLEANING AND CARE
Always disconnect the power plug from the socket outlet before cleaning the electric
⚫
blanket.
Before washing, unplug it from the mains outlet and let it cool down.
