7. Troubleshooting

Problem
Cooling effect
insufficient.
No cooling effect at
all.
Heavy noise.
The compressor
does not switch off
automatically.
The above mentioned problem cases are exemplary and just meant for orientation. If these
or similar problems should occur, switch off the device immediately and stop the use.
Contact qualified professionals or your retailer for further inspection an repairs.
The following phenomena are no failures:
1. The sound of flowing water. This may be heard at regular operation and results
from the flowing coolant inside the device.

• Direct sunlight or heat
sources nearby.
• Bad air circulation
around the device.
• Doors are not closed
properly or have been
open for too long.
• Door sealing is
damaged or deformed.
• Interspaces between
the foods are too small
or
too many foods are
stored.
• Air inlet and/or air
outlet blocked.
• Plug not connected to
socket.
• Defective fuse.
• Power breakdown.
• Refrigerated showcase
does not stand on an
even surface.
• Refrigerated showcase
touches walls or other
items.
• The refrigerated
showcase is too full.
• Door has been open for
too long.
• Remove refrigerated showcase
from the heat source.
• Arrange sufficient space between
walls and other items.
• Properly close the doors. Keep
the door opening periods low.

dispensable foods.
• Keep free/ unblock the air
inlet/outlet from (parts of) food
