Place one or two gear hobs on the Ø3.5 mm shaft
(fig. 4, pos. 9). Tighten the nut (fig. 4, pos. 10) by
holding the shaft fixed with the plates provided for
this purpose (fig. 4, pos. 11).
The maximum diameter of the gear hobs used is 10
mm. The total width of one or two gear hobs side by
side must not exceed 10 mm. If the width is smaller,
use the washers provided with the tool holder (856-
036-41-73, 856-036-41-74 and 856-036-41-75) to
hold them.
