Fixing the tool holder on the machine
To fix the tool holder (fig. 1, pos. 1), center the
shank (fig. 2, pos. 3) in the T11 position of the
machine (fig. 3). Position it with the pin (fig. 2, pos.
4). Tighten the 3 M5 screws (fig. 1, pos. 2).

Adjusting the angle of the tool holder
1. Slightly loosen the 2 screws (fig. 4, pos. 7).
2. Adjust the angle with the adjusting screw
(fig. 4, pos. 6). The scale (Fig. 4, Item 8)
shows the angular position of the cutting
shaft. For a more precise adjustment, use
the reference face (fig. 3, pos. 5).
Note: The angle must not exceed 3° to
ensure that there is no collision with the
main spindle.
3. Once the angular position has been found,
keep the adjusting screw in position with
one wrench while tightening the other two
screws with another wrench.
