9. Dispensing products
If you are instructed to insert coins here, instead
insert the credit card in the card slot if the machine is
a "CR" (card reader) model or hold it in front of the
sensor, if a contactless model.
Two modes of operation are possible:
– A: select product first - then insert money
– B: insert money first - then select product.
Mode of operation "A"

First place the vessel underneath the respective
beverage spout.

Press the product dispensing button. On the
display appears the product name and the
programmed price.

Start inserting coins within 20 seconds,
otherwise the display will switch off.
Mode of operation "B"

Insert coins. On the display appears the inserted
amount of credit.

Now place the vessel underneath the respective
beverage spout.

Press the product dispensing button.
If the inserted amount ...

is sufficient, the selected product name and
programmed price will appear on the display -
and the product will be dispensed.

is not sufficient, the product name and
programmed price will appear, then the
respective missing amount.

is too much, the product will be dispensed as
described for "sufficient". Customer Service can
set, whether the excess paid amount is forfeited,
or credited to the next cash amount inserted
Coin acceptor mode:

Reject button: press here to get inserted coins
back.
