Qualified installation recommended.
The following instructions are for qualified installers to be able to do all the operations in the most correct way according
to the electrical and plumbing rules.
Assembly parts
1. sink stopper, 2. sink flange, 3. flange gasket, 4. flange washer,
5. mount ring, 6. hinged clamp, 7. overflow pipe connection , 8.
tube flange, 9. tube rubber gasket, 10. screws 11. siphon elbow
connection
Sink mount flange installation
Loosen the hinged clamp (6) to take the garbage dispo-
ser flange away. Unscrew the mount ring (5) and take
the flange washer (4) away. Put the flange gasket (3)
in the discharge sinkhole. Put the flange washer (4) in
the lower part and fasten the sink flange (2) to the sink
through the mount ring (5) and related screws.
Join the garbage disposer to the flange and put the
hinged clamp (6) in position paying attention to the
installation side.
To make the connection between the garbage disposer
and the flange easier you could lubricate with cooking
oil on the border of the guard-splash.
Make sure that the reset button is readily accessible.
The connection between sink, disposer and waste kit
is prepared for example item number 112.0017.718 and
112.0017.745.
We recommend the exclusive use Franke waste kits.
Plumbing Connection
Place the disposer siphon elbow connection (11) with
the tube flange (8) using the given screw (10).
Connect the garbage disposer siphon elbow connection
(11) and tighten it to the drain trap (see fig.3).
To avoid problems, before connecting the plumbing,
check the pipes and clean them if needed.

Electrical connection
The installation has to be made with appropriate shock protection
according to electrical specifications in your area.
There is a device needed, which allows to separate the disposer
from the mains for all poles with a contact-fracture opening of
at least 3 mm. LS-switches, fuses and contactors are applicable
decollators.
All the modes are made to function with 230V/50Hz.
Pay attention that the tension is included in these values.
