Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the 350m Fibre Optic USB 3.0 Extender. This product has been
designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty
and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and
retain it for future reference.
This Extender allows you to extend the distance between your host computer and a USB 3.1 Gen
1/3.0 device by up to 350m. It consists of a Transmitter with USB Micro-B and LC Duplex
Multimode connector - and a Receiver with USB Type A and LC Duplex Multimode connector. LC
Multimode Fibre Optic cable up to 350m length is used to connect the two units (not included)

Installation
Connect transmitter and receiver using a multimode fibre optic cable (not included) with cross-
over LC Duplex. Then connect your USB 3.0 device to the USB 3.0 A female port of the Receiver
and the power supply with the Receiver. Finally connect the Transmitter to your host computer
using a USB 3.1/3.0 Type Micro-B male to Type A or C male cable (USB cables not included).
