Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the LINDY USB 2.0 Fibre Optic
Extender. It allows you to extend the distance between your
host computer and a USB device by up to 200m. It consists of a
local unit with a USB Type A and a LC Simplex Multimode
connector - and a remote unit with a USB Type A and a LC
Simplex Multimode connector. LC Multimode Fibre Optic cable
up to 200m length is used to connect the two units (not
included).

Installation
Plug the USB Type A connector of the Transmitter into your
host computer. Then connect your USB device to the USB A
female port of the Receiver and connect Transmitter and
Receiver by use of a Multimode fibre optic cable (not included)
with LC Simplex connectors. Finally plug the power supply into
the Receiver.

Einführung
Vielen Dank für den Kauf des LINDY USB 2.0 LWL/Fibre
Optic Extenders, mit dem Sie Entfernungen bis 200m
zwischen Ihrem Computer und
überbrücken können. Der Extender besteht aus einem lokalen
Sender mit LC-Simplex Anschluss und USB Typ A Stecker
sowie einem Empfänger mit LC-Simplex Anschluss und USB
Typ A Buchse. Mit einem max. 200m langen Multimode LWL-
Kabel werden Sender und Empfänger verbunden.

Installation
Schließen Sie den Sender an Ihrem Host-Computer an und
Ihr USB Device an der USB A Buchse des Empfängers.
Verbinden Sie dann Sender und Empfänger mittels einem
Multimode LC Simplex LWL-Kabel (nicht enthalten). Zum
Schluss stecken Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil in die
entsprechende Buchse des Empfängers.
