7 Cleaning and user maintenance

After use:
NOTE:
The appliance cleans the floor by being moved forwards and backwards on the surface, like
vacuuming.
If the floor is very dirty, move the appliance at a slower speed across the floor and, if necessary,
move it over the area you are cleaning several times.
To improve the vacuum power you can press the "boost" button on the main unit.
Always switch off the appliance and remove the main unit before cleaning it or performing maintenance.
Empty both tanks directly after use to prevent unintentional leakages.
Before putting the appliance away ensure that all parts are completely dry to prevent bacteria and
unpleasant odours.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the housing. They could damage the
surface. Clean the housing with a damp, soft cloth when necessary.
Switch off the appliance and remove the main unit.
Clean all parts immediately after use.

Instruction Manual
To clean the brush roll during use, simply put a little tap
water in the tray.
Then place the appliance in the tray.
Release both levers on the top of the brush roll cover
and open the flap.
Switch on the appliance.
The brush roll now rotates in the water, removing larger
pieces of dirt.
Switch off the appliance, close the flap and return the
levers to the lock position.
Switch on the appliance to vacuum up the waste water.
