Thank you for buying this American DJ® product. To take full advantage of all possibilities,
please read these operating instructions very carefully.
FEATURES
This unit is radio-interference suppressed. This product meets the requirements of the
current European and national guidelines. Conformity has been established and the relevant
statements and documents have been deposited by the manufacturer.
Wired remote control for your all your light effects*

Three control buttons for optimal control of all kinds of different light effects:
•
o STANDBY: switch the output of each unit on/off
o MODE: different working modes can be selected (audio, auto, fast, slow, ...)
o FUNCTION: gobo/color select, dimming, strobe, ...
Always in control of your light effects, even while they are used in master/slave setup:
•
simply connect the UC3 controller to the master.

MAINTENANCE
Clean by wiping with a polished cloth slightly dipped with water. Avoid getting water inside
the unit. Do not use volatile liquids such as benzene or thinner which will damage the unit.
FUNCTIONS
1. STANDBY BUTTON: used to switch the light output of the
light effects on/off.
2. FUNCTION BUTTON: the available functions completely
depend on the light effect you want to control. Please check
the user manual of your light effect to see which functions are
available.
3. MODE BUTTON: the different working modes completely
depend on the light effect you want to control. Please check
the user manual of your light effect to see which working
modes are available.
4. CABLE: 10m cable with 6,3mm stereo jack, just plug it in
the remote input connector of the light effect
CONNECTIONS
First of all you should check if your light effect can be used with the UC3 remote: the light
effect should have a 6,3mm JACK connector named "Remote input". Now just connect the
6,3mm JACK connector (4) to the remote input on the light effect!
