USE ROWING MACHINE
Pulp in the power cord. A "click" sound will be
heard and the meter will also light up. If the seat
does not slide smoothly during use, add a small
amount of oil in the track.
GETTING ON AND OFF ROWER
Please Note: When getting on or off the rower,
we suggest the seat be moved all the way back
to help prevent the seat from sliding out from
underneath you.
STANDARD ROWING ACTION
Start:
Place feet on the foot pedals and use the straps to
secure feet. Exercise with the muscles of the hips.
Drive/Paddle Stage:
Push with the legs by pressing the heels against
the pedal and pushing away from the rowing
machine. Open the hips to move the body until the
legs are fully extended.
Finish/Extension:
Keep back straight while using the leg, ab, and
upper back muscles to maintain good form. Use
the arms to pull the handle back toward the body
while keeping the shoulders relaxed.
