Attach the spring arm to the wall plate

1. Slide the spring arm (1) onto the wall plate (3).
2. Insert the M6 screw (5) through the bottom of the wall plate and into the spring
arm.
3. Push the cover (2) onto the spring arm where it's attached to the wall plate.

4. Use the M5 Allen key (4) to tighten the hex screw. (figure 2)
