Fitting the last segment No. 8 is essentially identical to previ-
ous assembly steps 1 and 2.
- Remove 2 bolts M8x25 (item 10).
- Remove 2 fitting bolts M8x30 (item 11) incl. nuts and

washers (item 12) from segment No. 1.

Place segment No. 8 on to the lifting equipment. Lift it to the
installation height and slide it onto rotor segment No. 7.
Place the segment onto the lifting equipment so the

strut with the centre notch is facing downwards. This

allows the centre bolt of segment No. 7 to slot into the
notch.
- Slide the segment into its end position –
repeat step 1 (p.6).
If it is not possible to insert all bolts M8 (item 10 and 11),

first fit the tensioning strap to the outside rim and turn

the rotor until the segment is at
12 o'clock. The weight of the rotor should cause the gap
to widen, so that the segment moves closer to the hub,
allowing the bolts to be inserted.
- Fit the casing and tensioning strap –
repeat step 2 (p. 7)
- Tighten the rotor casing by hand.
