12.1 Cleaning parts

• Clean the cooking container
(3) with mild dishwashing
liquid and a soft sponge in
the process make sure that
no water penetrates into
the inside of the egg boiler.
• Wipe the outside of the egg
boiler housing clean with a
slightly moist soft cloth.
• Clean the lid, the egg tray,
the measuring cup and the
stainless-steel form (10)
o in warm dishwashing
12.2 Remove calcareous deposits
from the cooking container

Pour a mixture of a full
measuring cup of water with a
teaspoon of vinegar into the
cooking container.

Insert the mains plug into a
socket and switch the egg
boiler on for approx. 10
minutes. Do not put the lid
(1) on.

Switch the egg boiler off after
this time has elapsed and
unplug it from the socket. Let
the egg boiler cool down.

Pour off the remaining vinegar
solution and wipe the cooking
container dry.
Storing the egg boiler
Wind the mains cable up.
The cable winding device is on
the underside of the egg boiler.
Store the clean, dry egg boiler in
a location that is inaccessible to
children.
