INSTALLATION
• Place the machine on a flat and horizontal surface.
• Connect the electrical power supply. The machine must be connected on a 230V
(code 260510) or 120 V (code 260516) power outlet provided with a ground point
protected with a high sensibility differential circuit breaker.
• Fit the container onto the tank.
USE
√ VERY IMPORTANT : the temperature you set on the display is the temperature of the
air inside the tank of the dipping machine and not the temperature of the chocolate. To
obtain suitable consistency of the temperature within the mass of chocolate, it will be
necessary to mix it periodically using a spatula. Therefore, it is very important to check
the temperature of the chocolate using a thermometer. You can purchase a specific
thermometer which can be plugged on P connector and then you can control the
temperature of the chocolate with a good accuracy. To obtain suitable consistency of
the temperature within the mass of chocolate, it will be necessary to mix it periodically
using a spatula.

key allows the setting mode. The setting step is 0,5°C. If you don't press the key, the
display gives the temperature of the air inside the tank. If the additionnal thermometer
