ACE INSTRUMENTS ADVISES
even if you get a result meaning „safe range", you should never
drive after consuming alcohol or do any other activities that are
severely impaired by alcohol consumption and might endanger
your health and safety or the health and safety of others.

The sensor did not have
enough breathing air for
an analysis.
The total number of
breath tests performed
has reached 500. The
device should be
calibrated promptly to
maintain warranty and
measurement accuracy.

must be replaced.
CALIBRATION
To maintain the accuracy of the breathalyzer, ACE Instruments recommends
a calibration after 500 tests or approx. every 12 months (depending which
incident happens first). For a calibration service you can send the device to
ACE Instruments (see www.alkomat.net). The calibration is not mandatory,
but the accuracy of the breathalyzer will decrease steadily without it and
additionally the warranty for the sensor expires.
We recommend sending it as a parcel, so that in case of loss an
inquiry or proof of delivery is possible.
ACTION
Please charge the battery with the
supplied USB cable.
Note:
Battery performance will
last longer if you slide down the
power activation switch (on the
right side of the unit) when the
unit is not in use.
Press the start button and start a
new test by constantly blowing
into the mouthpiece for 5 seconds
without pausing (blow as if you
were whistling without sound).
To stop the blinking of the word
"LOCK" and return the device to
normal operation, the user must
contact the seller of the alcohol
tester and have the device
calibrated. You can send the
instrument to the service address
mentioned at www.alkomat.net for
calibration.
Please contact the seller of
your breathalyzer or the ACE
Instruments service department
(see www.alkomat.net).
