• Normal Use
• Fill the kettle to desired level above the "Min" fill line and below
the "Max" fill line with water.
• Replace the lid with vent holes facing away from the handle
and place the kettle back on its base.
• Press the Power icon once to turn on the kettle and a
second time to set the Target Temperature. While the Target
Temperature flashes for 3 seconds, press the [ + ] or [ - ] icons if
needed to change the target temperature.
• The kettle will heat the water to the Target Temperature,
displaying Actual Water Temperature on the right side of the
LCD Readout.
• You will hear 3 beeps when the Target Temperature is reached.
• The kettle's Keep Warm function will automatically maintain
the desired temperature for one hour.
• To stop the heating cycle, press the Power icon again or lift the
kettle from its base.
• Setting the Temperature
(Refer to owner's manual for detailed temperature setting instructions.)
• To change from Fahrenheit to Celsius, press and hold the
Temperature Setting icon for 3 seconds. Once the base "beeps",
press either the [ + ] or [ - ] icon to toggle between F° and C°
• Press the Temperature Setting icon to choose a preset
temperature.
• Press the [ + ] icon to increase the temperature by one degree.
• Press the [ - ] icon to decrease the temperature by one degree.
• The temperature displayed on the screen will be stored after
three (3) seconds.
• Once the temperature is set, it will be stored in memory and will
be recalled the next time the kettle is turned on.

• Keep Warm Function
• The Keep Warm function will begin
automatically after a programmed
heating cycle is completed. Does not
apply if Smart Boil function is active.
• The
