REMOVING THE SCOPE FROM THE TRIPOD HEAD
To remove, hold the scope tight in one hand while loosening the clamp
(Fig. 8/I) with the other hand and then press the safety button (Fig. 8/K).
USE
The tilt head allows a swivel of 360° and a tilt of +90°/–60°, which is con-
trolled with the swivel handle (Fig. 7/A).
The horizontal swivel can be clamped with the locking device (Fig. 7/F).
Note: The lever of the clamp (Fig. 7/F) can be changed without effect on the
clamp. For this the lever is first pulled outward and then turned as desired.
After it is released, the lever automatically goes into the changed position.
The vertical tilt can be clamped with the locking device (Fig. 7/E).
