MAINTENANCE
Please use a No. 25 TORX wrench (not included) to replace the leg clamp
(Fig. 1/B).
REMOVING THE TRIPOD HEAD
To remove the head, loosen the set screws (Fig. 6/J) and then twist the head
out of the post (counter clockwise).
TRIPOD HEAD
The swivel handle (Fig. 7/A) can be attached on the right or left.
To do this unscrew the clamp (Fig. 7/B) and insert this, along with the cast
part (Fig. 7/C), into the hole (Fig. 7/D).
FASTENING THE PLATE ON THE SCOPE
Pull out the plate (Fig. 8/J) after loosening the clamp (Fig. 8/I) with uniform
pressure on the head (Fig. 8/K) according to Fig. 8.
Align the lens of the scope to correspond to the marking "LENS" on the cam-
era plate (Fig. 8/J). Fasten the plate (Fig. 8/J) with the

"-screw (e.g. using a coin) in the threaded socket of the scope.

Note: The tripod head (Fig. 8) is supplied with
screws on the plate (Fig. 8/J).
Remove the screw that is not needed as follows:
– Press the rubber cap (Fig. 8/L) lightly with the finger.
– Remove the tightening screw that is not needed.
– Replace the cap to secure the screw.
There are threaded holes on the tripod head for the screw that is not used:

Guide the camera plate (Fig. 8/J) with the scope into the tripod head, as
shown in Fig. 8, until the head (Fig. 8/K) springs out. Now tighten the
clamping screw (Fig. 8/I).
