Description:
The electrical Lube-Compressor is suitable for the lubrication of machines, vehicles and equipment
with commercial lubricants. The Lube-Compressors can be driven, as required, either by a 400 V 3-
phase motor or by a 230 V single-phase AC motor
Any other use, or modification or alteration to the equipment is only permissible after
discussions with the manufacturer.
The safety instructions must always be complied with.
Function:
The rotary motion of the electric motor is converted, through a spur gear system and a crank drive,
into a stroke movement for the high pressure-pressure pump piston. At the same time, the agitator
blade in the lubricant container is actuated. The lubricant is thus constantly worked and is virtually free
of air bubbles when it is fed to the suction bore of the high-pressure pump piston. As a safeguard
against overload, a pressure-limiting valve is integrated into the unit and directs the lubricant back into
the reservoir when the lubricating gun is closed or the backpressure at the lubrication point is too high.

Electrical Lube-Compressor ELC with:
- 3.5 m high-pressure hose DN6 (6.5m or 10m also possible on request)
- High pressure lubrication gun with Z-swivel joint (multi-axis) and nozzle tube with 4-jaw
hydraulic gripper outlet.
- Connection cable approx. 5.5 m with 230 V plug or 400 V connector.
