Safety Instructions:

Working safely with your caulking gun will
depend entirely on your studying, prior to
use, the user instructions and the safety di-
rections thoroughly, and on complying with
these instructions and directions.
The sealants to be processed may cause
skin irritation. Please note the references to
processing and disposal on the sealant
packs used.
Personal protection according to the direc-
tions on the sealant packs is to be used.
When interrupting the work, for changing
cartridges/sachets, pistons, and prior to
cleaning, the compressed air is to be
disconnected.

User Instructions:
The compressed air must be filtered and
dry. The working pressure of 8 bar (116 PSI)
may not be exceeded. Add daily a couple of
drops of compressed air oil (acid free) in the
compressed air inlet [j].
On the regulating wheel [d] set the working
pressure at the feed volume required (type
1,2,4,5,6,7,8). Activate trigger [c] to feed
the sealant.
Release trigger to stop. The built-in rapid-
venting system will automatically reduce
the sealant after run to a minimum.
For insertion of sachet/cartridge, push/pull
piston(rod)
[g]
1,2,3,4,5,6,7) or automatically by pushing
the return button [i] (type 8).
Click piston [h] on/off when changing be-
tween the use of sachet and cartridge (type
5).
Insert nozzle [f] in the nozzle holder [e] pro-
vided as required, and whenever no nozzle
has been provided with sachet/cartridge
(type 1,2,3,5,6).
Whenever sealant has hardened in the
nozzle, replace by a new nozzle.

Maintenance and Care:

Remove all fixed sealant daily. Tools may
not be used for this. For highly adhesive dirt
use appropriate detergents (follow sealant
producer recommendations on sachet or
cartridge).
