Static charge
The complete extraction system is assembled of non-electro-
conductive components.
Do not replace synthetic parts by metallic parts.
Particularly, the extraction hose must not feature a
metallic coil.
When the extraction hose is fastened on electro-
conductive parts (e.g. metallic suction hoods or tubes)
these must be grounded for the discharge of possibly
appearing electrostatic energy.
Working
with
extraction system
1. Place the saw dust extraction system next to the
woodworking machine. In doing so, observe that the
extraction system does not interfere your work.
Slide the extraction hose (8) on the extraction socket of the

woodworking machine. Use an adapter if required.
Make sure that the extraction hose is correctly
secured and air-tight.
3. Pass the connection line in such manner that you do not
stumble when working.
4. Connect the extraction system to the mains supply.
5. Switch on the extraction system and wait until the ventilator
has reached the full revolution speed: See "ON/OFF
switch" and "Automatic operation".
If the filter bag does not blow up automatically after
some seconds pull it upwards.
5. Only now switch on the woodworking machine.*
6. Allow the extraction unit to continue to run some time after
stopping the woodworking machine.*
*Does not apply to automatic operation.
On / Off Switch
Do not use any device where the switch can not be
switched on and off. Damaged switches must be repaired
or replaced immediately by the customer service.
Turn on the unit by putting the switch
(13a) to position
ein.
Turn off the unit by putting the switch

Automatic operation
If you connect a woodworking machine to the extraction unit
(max. 1850 W), you can turn on/off the extraction unit from the
woodworking machine.
For this purpose, connect the woodworking machine to
the automatic socket-outlet (13b).

Automatic operation – Starting
Put the switch of the extraction unit (13a) to the AUTO
position.
If you start the woodworking machine, the extraction unit is
turned on too.
Automatic operation – Stopping
If you stop the woodworking machine, the extraction unit is
automatically shut off after a delay.

The saw dust extraction device is to a large extent
maintenance-free.
Before each initiation or longer storage check
− all screw connections
refasten the loosened screw connections.
− the upper filter bag or the extraction hose for damages
replace damaged parts.
− switch cabinet, electric motor or ventilator cabinet for
damages
have damaged parts immediately replaced by the client
service.

Before starting cleaning works pull out the power plug.
Do not hose down the motor and the switch directly with a
water jet.
Necessarily wear a dust mask when clearing and
cleaning (particle filter – filter class 2).
Clean
− the frame and ventilator cabinet with a moist cloth.
− electric motor and circuit breaker/closer only with a dry
cloth.
Only beat out the upper filter bag. In doing so, observe that
the saw dust bag is hung in
Clear the saw dust bag:
− when the max. filling volume (65 l) is reached
− after finishing the work
For obtaining the suction power when exchanging the
saw dust bag beat out the filter bag before
