The load-bearing capacities of the respective vacuum lifters are indicated in the
table in this instruction.
• The device may not be used for carrying people.
• Do not place the device with the underside on surfaces which can damage the
sealing edges.
• Ensure that the free movement of the piston is not hindered in case of fixed
device.
• Do not touch the unlocking pin or valve unlocking lever during lift procedure.
• Do not clean device with solvents, benzene or other aggressive chemicals.
Care
• Always clean the rubber pads and keep free of oil and grease and clean
regularly with spirit or another mild agent. If the rubber pads are soiled with oil
or grease, this contamination should be removed as quickly as possible with
spirit.
• Do not expose rubber pads to the sun over longer time periods, since otherwise
they lose their elasticity.
• If the suction disc does not function correctly, the disc surface is possibly soiled
or the vacuum lifter must be replaced.
• The vacuum lifters should be stored free of stress in a cool, dry and clean place,
protected against direct solar radiation.
• With some models, safety shoes for the suction surfaces are included. With
incoming storage and during transport, protect the suction surfaces with the
enclosed safety shoes.
