How to preserve and maintain your appliance
Remove the filter and then clean the filter under the appliance with soapy water (or in the dishwasher)
approximately every week. Put it back when it is dry before use your device again. This filter protects
your device from dust and grease.

HOW TO PROCEED
Dilute well the zone to clean with hot water, then wipe.
Dilute well thz zone to clean with hot water, use a special
scraper for glass to rough-hew finish with the scraper side of
a sanitary sponge, then wipe
Apply some hot spirit vinegar to the spot, leave few minutes,
wipe with a soft cloth. Use a domestic product.
Apply to the surface a special product for vitroceramic glass,
rather containing some silicone (protective effect).
