3G: Introduce the
sewn terminations of
the webbing bridge
from inside to outside
through the elliptical
holes of the front D
ring.
3J:Repeat on the second side. Do not forget to put
the sliding T ring on to the webbing bridge.
The webbing bridge must not be twisted.
3H: Introduce the
dog bone through the
eye. Ensure that the
dog bone is correctly
oriented, i.e. on the
outside face of the
forward D rings and as
shown in the picture
(only torque rating
visible and tight fit of
metal dog bone on
forward D ring)!

3I: Fix the dog bone to
the front D ring using two
M5x16 mm A2 stainless
steel screws and self-se-
curing nuts M5 A2 stain-
less steel Nyloc. Tighten
all bolts to the approved
torque rating of 5 Nm. A
new nut must be used
every time. Note: The
locking nuts and end of
the bolts must lie below
the inner surface of the
forward D rings. The bolt
must extend at least 1mm
through the locking nut.
