The article should not be operated via a computer, be-
cause the high charging current could damage the com-
puter.
■
Make sure that the USB cable does not become squashed
or bent and does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
■
Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts
on the article, the remote control and on the batteries are
clean, and clean them if necessary.
■
Only use the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
■
Always replace all batteries. Do not use diff erent battery
types, brands or batteries of diff erent capacitances. When
replacing the batteries, make sure that the polarity (+ / –)
is correct.
■
Remove the batteries if they are empty or if you are not
using the products for an extended period. This way, you
can avoid damage caused by leaking.
■
Immediately remove a leaking battery and clean the con-
tacts before inserting new batteries.
■
Batteries must not be recharged or reactivated by any oth-
er means, taken apart, thrown on a fi re, immersed in liq-
uids or short-circuited.
■
Never submerge the article in water or other liquids!
■
Protect the article against heat, open fl ames, direct sun-
light, minus temperatures, prolonged exposure to mois-
ture, wetness and percussions.
■
The individual LEDs cannot be replaced.
■
Do not in any case use any strong or corrosive cleaners or
rough sponges. They could damage the surface.
■
Do not take the article apart and do not attempt to repair it.
