Rückschlagventil defekt sein, was
durch fehlenden Pumpendruck
signalisiert wird entfernen Sie den
Pumpenzylinder wie beschrieben un
drücken Sie das beschädigte Ventil
heraus. Das neue Ventil sollte von der
Innenseite der Kammer eingesetzt
werden, wobei darauf zu achten ist
dass der mittige Zapfen an der
richtigen Stelle sitzt. Montieren Sie die
Pumpe wieder und achten Sie darauf
dass der O-Ring nicht verrutscht.
Wenn das Rückschlagventil im Kolben
beschädigt ist, wenden Sie sich bitte
an VARAS.

Halten Sie die Düse sauber.
•
Entleeren Sie den Drucksprüher nach
Gebrauch um Schäden durch Frost zu
verhindern.
•
Reinigen Sie den ganzen
Drucksprüher mindestens einmal pro
Jahr, schmieren Sie alle beweglichen
Teile und ersetzen Sie alle
beschädigten Dichtungen.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the appliance always observe the
safety instructions.
ASSEMBLY-CONTAINER
Right handed spray operation.
•
Release the pump cap pull out the
complete pump assembly and then clip
on the agitator. The reassemble as
illustrated.
•
Slide pivot rod into the base aperture
on the same side as the pump
assembly. Fit the rod in place using a
large washer and R clip.
•
Fit a second large washer over the
exposed pivot rod. Then locate the
upper end of the link rod through the
aperture in the top of the pump, retain
using a smaller washer and r clip.
•
Slide the pump handle over both the
pivot rod and link rod, retain using the
remaining washers and r clips.
•
Fit the top harness strap through the
anchor point on the top of the tank and
retain by passing a toggle through the
loop in the end of the strap. Retain the
side straps to the bracket.
•
Ensure both caps are fully tightened by
hand before use.
Left handed spray operation.
•
The sprayer has been partially
assembled for right handed but can
easily be converted for left handed
operation by reversing the position of
the pump assembly and filling
assembly. Follow the standard
assembly procedure so that the pump
handle is now positioned on the right
hand and the spray lance on the left
hand of the container.
ASSEMBLY-LANCE
•
Fit the retaining nut on the lance tube
and slide into the front aperture of the
lance handle and secure by tightening
the nut.
•
Fit the angled spray head on to the
lance tube and tighten the securing nut
by hand.
•
Fit one of the two hose nuts with the
threaded aperture facing the lance
handle on to the hose and secure.
•
Fit the other hose nut to the other end
of the hose and attach to the outlet on
the pump cylinder. Fully tighten the
hose nuts by hand.
•
Finally, install the lance holders. Fold
the holders around the link rod and
tighten the screws.
SPRAYING CHEMICALS
This sprayer is intended for water solution of
proprietary insecticides, fungicides, weed-
killers and foliar feeds. Follow these
instructions carefully.
•
Observe safety advice issued by the
chemical supplier.
•
Wear protective goggles, gloves and
mask.
•
Avoid skin contact with chemical
sprays.
•
work in a well ventilated area.
•
Take care to protect children, pets and
fish from exposure to chemicals.
•
Seek medical attention if chemicals get
into your eyes of if you develop any
symptoms after use.
