Position the filing tool on the guide

bar so that the clamping
supports (1) point toward the guide
bar nose and are at the same height
as the top edge of the rivet heads
Tighten the wing screw (2)

Center the file over the saw chain

using the adjusting screw (3)
Tighten the second clamping
N
support with the wing screw (4) so
that the saw chain can still be pulled
through with a screwdriver laid on it
perpendicularly
