table and can be placed on a flat surface or hung from the
attached handle.
LCD DISPLAY
See Figure 2, page 13.
The illustrations of the LCD display shown in this manual
are only examples of the frequencies you may see on your
product and are not the exact frequencies that you may
choose to listen to.
When the product is not connected to a power supply, the
LCD display will remain off. If the product is connected to
a power supply and in the ON position, LEDs will light the
display. You can view the frequency and settings in use on
the LCD display.
ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
See Figure 2, page 13.
When the product is turned on or when the battery pack is
removed and replaced, the product will return to the last
volume setting used.
To increase the volume: press the VOL UP button.
Volume settings can be adjusted from 0 - 20.
To decrease the volume: press the VOL DOWN button.
NOTE: To change volume quickly, hold the VOL UP or VOL
DOWN button.
NOTICE:
Do not use the speaker at maximum volume for an
extended period of time. It could cause damage to the
speakers and/or amplifiers in your unit.
MODE SELECTION
See Figure 2, page 13.
Press the GEAR/POWER button to cycle through available
modes:
Bluetooth

FM mode
AUX mode
SKAA
receiver mode

OPERATION
FM TUNING
See Figure 2, page 13.
The TUNE/SEEK left and right arrow buttons are used to
tune to the desired radio frequency. The selected frequency
is displayed on the LCD.
Briefly press either button (not press and hold) to tune
one frequency step at a time.
To SEEK, press and hold desired arrow button for 1 sec-
ond to tune to the next frequency with clear reception.
STORING A PRESET IN MEMORY
See Figure 2, page 13.
The memory feature saves up to 5 frequencies as presets
in the product's memory.
To store a frequency in memory:
Tune to the frequency you want to save.
Press and hold the PRESET button. A memory location
number will blink on and off.
Press the TUNE/SEEK button to select a memory loca-
tion.
Press the PRESET button to store the frequency in the
selected memory location.
To recall a preset frequency:
Press the PRESET button and quickly release to cycle
through stored frequencies.
AUXILIARY MODE
See Figure 2, page 13.
The Primary Speaker can be connected to MP3 players, CD
players, smartphones, tablets, and other music devices with
a 1/8 in. audio jack.
NOTE: Cord not included.
To use the auxiliary mode with an audio jack:
Open the AUX IN cover.
Connect an auxiliary cable to your device.
Connect the other end of the auxiliary cable to the AUX
IN port.
The external device must be ON and in PLAY mode for
sound to be heard through the speakers.
All external device controls can be used normally while
connected to the product.
NOTE: Volume for any device connected through the
auxiliary connector can be adjusted using the volume
control for that device and/or with the VOL UP or VOL
DOWN buttons on the product.
Turning the product OFF will NOT turn the external device
OFF.
The auxiliary cable DOES NOT provide charging function.
