Installation
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging. Make sure that all protective plastic film and coatings are
thoroughly removed from all surfaces.
2. Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the unit and walls or other objects for ventilation.
Before first time use:
• Let the appliance run at the highest temperature (75°C) for 30 minutes to
burn off any manufacturing residues.
• After cooling down, clean the interior and all removable trays with soapy
water.
Operation
Door
1. Push the trays with food into the appliance and close the door. Ensure the drip tray is in place.
2. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
3. The appliance beeps once and the display will show "8888" first then "0000". Then TIME/TEMP key
will flash, indicating the unit is now in Standby.
4. Press the TIME/TEMP key once. The display will show the default time 10H and default temperature
70°C in turn. The appliance is now in waiting mode.
5. Press the START/STOP key to enter working mode. All the keys will illuminate while the time begins
to count down on the display.
6. If to change the time/temperature during working mode:
Adjusting time: Press the TIME/TEMP key to check the time. Press "+" or "-" key repeatedly to

select the desired time (30 minutes to 24 hours). To change the time rapidly, press and hold "+" or "-"
key.
