How to Use

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. If the power button does not respond or the unit will not turn on:
(A) Plug into power source via USB cable to recharge.
(B) Check if USB cable is connected properly to the power source. Remove the
cable and re-insert securely into the port.
(C) If the internal circuit is damaged, the unit must be returned to Munchkin for
after-sales service.
(D) If the device is not used for a long period of time, OR the battery level is
completely drained, you must recharge the product for 10 minutes prior
to use.
2. The UVC light will not shut off after the lid is opened:
(A) Check if either one of the upper cover detection switch is dirty. Wipe it clean
with a cloth.
(B) Check if either one of the safety pin is broken.
(C) If either one of the upper cover detection switch is broken or the internal
circuit is damaged, the unit must be returned for after-sales service.
