ump location choice
NEAR THE POOL
You can make the choice of placing the pump near the pool.
For this purpose, we have a technical room to be buried
adapted to this use. This room is equipped with a simple forced
aeration system, which is essential to extend the life of the
pump.
This product includes:
•
1 technical room and its cover
•
2 fixing screws for the cover
•
2 porthole joints for pipe Ø 63
•
1 partition
With this type of installation, there is always the risk of submerging the motor in the event of an incident.
This is why we recommend the following solution (to be preferred).
IN THE ABOVE-GROUND TECHNICAL ROOM
Contrary to popular belief, the CCS pump does not have to be systematically charged. For an installation
in a technical room above the water level, we advise to place the suction pipe as long as possible below the
water level in order to bring the piping as close as possible to the pump and thus have as little air as possible
to evacuate during priming.
The CCS pump is not self-priming, however, it is quite easy to prime it up to a maximum height of 0.5m above the
water level. (See stitching principles below)
PRIMING PRINCIPLE WITH STITCHING (filtration)
SETTING UP
1. Place a Tee between the Filter and the Discharge
2. Do the same between the suction of the Front
panel and the CCS/Balneo pump.
3. Connect both with a Intermediate valve (Ø32mm
or Ø50mm)

PRIMING
1. Close the Suction valve of the CCS/Balneo
2. Close one of the Discharge valves to 3/4 then
close the others completely
3. Switch on the Filter pump to fill the CCS/Balneo
pump
4. Switch on the CCS/Balneo pump
5. Open the Suction valve of the CCS/Balneo and
then slowly open the Discharge valves
6. After priming of the CCS/Balneo pump, close
the Intermediate valve (closed position) to prevent
circuit mixing
