• Carefully remove the ear cushions from the earphones. Clean the ear cushions with
warm soapy water and then rinse them thoroughly with clear water. Allow the ear
cushions to dry in the air.
• Wipe down the sound amplifi er with a damp, soft cloth if necessary and then dry it
with a soft cloth.

Troubleshooting

If the volume of the transmitted sounds is reduced or they cannot be heard at all, ...
... check whether the ear cushions are fi tted correctly in the auditory canal and correct
the fi t.
... the battery might be too weak or incorrectly inserted. Insert a new battery. Ensure the
correct polarity (+/-).
If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the customer ser-
vice department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective device yourself!
