19 - START-UP, TESTING, CONTROLS AND RUN-IN

The machine environment must be suitable for its operation and comply with current health and safety
regulations.
Description of manual controls on POLY1000 and POLY1500:
1) Machine start pushbutton (with coloured power
indicator).
2) Starting cycle button (timer).
3) Tank heating up light.
4) Washing start light.

5) Wash cycle duration selector switch.
6) Boiler water temperature thermostat.
7) Tank water temperature thermostat.
8) Automatic/manual cycle selection pushbutton.
NOTE: Acting on the manual selection pushbutton (8) allows you to select automatic
mode.
In this case it is no longer necessary to press the timer pushbutton at the start of
every cycle; closing the machine covers will automatically start the cycle.
NOTE: The machine does not need any running in.
