To be completely clear, we wish to point that
when using DTEST in conjunction with the wiping
method without solvent the RCE is 0.5.
The wiping method with solvent should be pre-
ferred due to the greater reliability it affords; as a
consequence, all other explanations in this operat-
ing manual will be based on this method.
