15. BLIND PIXEL CORRECTION
If a pixel error occurs permanently despite calibration and restart,
it can be corrected as follows:
> In the submenu, select and open the bad pixel correction
> Move the cross to the missing pixel using the Power- and C-but-
tons until the point in the center of the cross covers the bad
pixel.
The axis can be changed with the menu key (9) (up/down or right/
left). By pressing longer, the cross can be moved faster in steps of
10. A short press moves the cross pixel by pixel.
> Center on the missing pixel, press the Power- and C-buttons
simultaneously to correct the pixel.
> Close the menu with a long press of the M-button.
16. STADIAMETRIC RANGEFINDER
> Press the M- and C-button
simultaneously for 3 seconds to
activate the distance measure-
ment menu.
> Press the ON/OFF or C button to
move the estimation bars (left in
the figure) away from each other
or towards each other.
The object to be estimated should be delimited as precisely as
possible with these bars.
The number displayed next to the reference symbols deer (1.7 m
target), wild boar (0.9 m target) or hare (0.2 m target) indicates
the distance to the respective targets in meters.
17. FACTORY SETTINGS
If you want to reset the device to the factory settings, open this
