basic informations:
1. When powering up, LED1 blinks during the autotest function, when
this is completed, LED1 stays lit, LED2 starts flashing. LED2 stops

flashing and stays lighted when the device is ready and correctly
registered to the GSM net with signal level suitable to work
2. In normal operation, both the LEDs must stay lit
3. If LED2 blinks during the operation, it means that the module is not
connected to the GSM network or that the signal level is low
4. Both of LEDs, during the best available provider searchingphase,
flash alternatively
The device has a feature to identify the best GSM operator available
at the installation point. To enable this procedure, please proceed as
follows:
1. Power up the device without any SIM card
2. Connect the device to the Control Panel. The indicated provider is
the best at that moment.
3. The device updates the display every minute or so, and it is possible
that the information changes from time to time, especially if the
signal coverage between the different operators is very similar.
4. At the end of the procedure, turn off your device, insert the SIM card
and restart the device
Installation of these systems must be carried out strictly in accordance with the instructions
described in this manual, and in compliance with the local laws and bylaws in force. gemino has been designed

that the installed system should be completely tested at least once a month. Test procedures depend on the system
configuration. Ask to the installer for the procedures to be followed. Ksenia Security srl shall not be responsible for

states, private households within the EU may return their used electrical and electronic equipment to designated
collection facilities free of charge*. Local retailers may also accept used products free of charge if a similar product
is purchased from them. If used electrical or electronic equipment has batteries or accumulators, these must be
disposed of separately according to local provisions. Correct disposal of this product guarantees it undergoes the
necessary treatment, recovery and recycling. This prevents any potential negative effects on both the environment
and public health which may arise through the inappropriate handling of waste.
